We are looking for a versatile and highly motivated person to perform duties for answering incoming calls and assisting with management needs. Multi-tasking, is a must. Data entry with Exel spreadsheets for cashing out the drivers, checking to make sure all additional fees and subtractions are entered. Experienced dispatcher needed due to our company's continued growth. Direct a team of drivers to efficiently transport residents of South West Volusia county Florida USA. We work with agencies, medical facilities, companies, and individuals in the Central West Florida area to provide safe and timely transportation upon request.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling transportation for passengers, dispatch bookings to drivers and optimizing the fleet. Including getting driver coverage if needed.

Schedule meetings for management, taking notes for your shift to pass along to the next dispatcher and management. Schedule maintenance for vehicles, enter data records for maintenance. To ensure success as a Dispatcher/Assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role.

Willing to learn social media skills. Create design graphs, customer service/ community management

Accomplished Dispatchers/Assistants are intuitive to the needs of the managers and work autonomously to provide dispatching and administrative support.

We require:

-Dispatch experience, all types of dispatch experience will be considered.

-Flexibility to perform other duties including customer support, training, typing, formatting, editing reports, entering data, and keeping records.

-Good clear communication skills, good organizational skills, and motivation to become an expert at our dispatch software. Spreadsheet reports (computer skills)

-Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the company and management.

-Scheduling appoints, maintaining an events calendar, and sending or making calls of reminders for meetings to possibly hire candidates for management.

-Empathy ability, patients and attentiveness, problem-solving skills, time management, assessing situations, and resolving issues going the extra mile for customers and drivers support.

-Observing best business practices and etiquette.

-Ability to work with all different personalities within a fast past environment.
